Our teachers all have a background in dance. They have a wealth of experience in the many different forms of dance.
In a typical class, you might first lie on your back, point your toes, stretch, lift your legs up and down and sideways, before moving on to the arms.
Tiny ranges of muscle-quivering movements on the arms, tummy, back and legs, will test each muscle to the limit. You can expect your arms and legs to start shaking. This is absolutely normal. Your instructors are always on hand to correct, demonstrate, and talk you through every step of the way.
The results, achievable in a very short space of time, will amaze you.
