Whether you’re brand new to dance or returning after a break, our adult classes offer a supportive space to move, learn, and connect. We welcome all levels—no previous experience needed!
Explore a wide range of styles including Ballet for Beginners and Returners, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, and Hip Hop. Build strength and technique with Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), deepen your artistry in Repertoire classes, or take the next step with Pointe work for experienced dancers. Each class is taught by passionate professionals who make movement enjoyable, empowering, and accessible. Come as you are—we’ll help you discover the joy of dancing at any age.
You can book a trial, enrol for the term, or book a casual drop in from our online student portal booking system.
Trials are $15 -17 for adults. You may trial two different classes (once each).
For new students, we prorate fees so you can join at any time during the term. An annual flat rate registration fee applies for new enrollments or when a student ceases their enrollment and later returns within the same year.

Ballet Initiation Course for complete beginners – Start with our five week Phase 1, course which takes you through the foundations of ballet. Learn the positions of arms and feet, posture and basic exercises and steps.
Ballet Progress – Advanced for Returners – We offer many levels for adults returning to ballet. Focuses on posture, technique, strength, and musicality while building confidence and coordination.
Jazz – A fun, high-energy class that blends classic jazz technique with upbeat choreography. Great for improving flexibility, strength, and stage presence.
Contemporary – Grounded, expressive movement that explores flow, dynamics, and connection to music. A creative class that welcomes all movers.
Tap – Rhythm, musicality, and a satisfying sense of percussive movement make tap a favorite for many adults. All levels welcome.
Hip Hop – A vibrant, energetic class focused on grooves, footwork, and rhythm. Learn fun combos in a relaxed and friendly setting.
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) – A mat-based conditioning class designed to improve core strength, alignment, and ballet technique using stability balls and resistance bands.
Repertoire – Learn and dance beautiful excerpts from classical and contemporary ballets. A great way to apply your technique and artistry.
Pointe – For experienced dancers ready to safely develop their strength and control en pointe. Teacher approval required.
