We come to adult ballet to INSPIRE and CHALLENGE ourselves.
This takes us out of the daily grind.
It also transports us into a zone that can negate the effects of life’s difficulties.
Maybe you had a bad day at work..come to ballet.
Copped a parking fine? Come to ballet!
Maybe the kids are sick. Oh well you better stay home. But practice your ballet!
CONSISTENCY PAYS OFF
It’s in the consistency of daily and weekly practice that you nurture your body along.
Movements become more natural.
You’re not trying to “think it all through” as much as your muscle memory kicks in from endless repetitious practice.
But then, you move into the zone of making beautiful art in motion.
No matter what, come to ballet!
